I love being on the soccer field. Over the course of my referee career thus far, I have had the opportunity to officiate at several levels including youth soccer, high school, college, and professional matches. To be able to consistently progress takes a lot of work and study because details matter.
In order to stay in shape to run around a soccer field, especially with tasty treats surrounding me all the time, I have to get my regular lifting sessions in. Working out in my garage is my favorite way to kick off the day. I add in a lot of technique and skill work because details matter.
